Welcome to AutoDMB
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set forth your rights, responsibilities, and obligations as a Carrier on our platform. By registering, bidding, or delivering services through AutoDMB, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, which are fully aligned with Russian legislation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ and related transport regulations.

1. General Requirements for Registration and Participation

To qualify and remain active as a Carrier on AutoDMB, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding service agreements.

Hold valid transport licenses, insurance coverage, vehicle registration documents, and other certifications mandated by Russian law.

Maintain vehicles that comply with all technical, safety, and environmental standards applicable in the Russian Federation.

Provide true, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and profile maintenance.

Promptly update your profile to reflect changes in vehicle availability, insurance status, contact details, or professional credentials.

Comply with all relevant Russian laws and platform-specific policies related to data protection, safety, and operational standards.

2. Platform Conduct and Professional Responsibilities

As a Carrier, you agree to:

Submit genuine and competitive bids that accurately reflect your service costs and availability.

Communicate professionally, clearly, and respectfully with shippers and platform representatives.

Perform accepted deliveries promptly, safeguarding cargo and fulfilling agreed timelines and terms.

Maintain vehicle hygiene, mechanical soundness, and proper documentation throughout delivery engagements.

Avoid any form of misrepresentation, fraud, or behavior that may harm the integrity of the AutoDMB platform or its community.

Respect the confidentiality and privacy of user data, refraining from unauthorized disclosure or misuse.

Respond promptly to inquiries from AutoDMB or shippers, especially when related to active shipments or disputes.

3. Payments, Fees, and Dispute Resolution

Payment terms, including amounts and timelines, are negotiated directly between the shipper and the carrier on each transaction.

AutoDMB offers optional escrow and secure payment services for mutual protection, but otherwise does not act as a guarantor of payment.

In case of disputes, our support team may assist in mediating an amicable resolution; however, AutoDMB does not serve as an arbitrator or legal adjudicator.

Abuse of the dispute process—including repeated false claims, harassment, or manipulation—may result in account penalties, suspension, or permanent removal.

Carriers are expected to maintain clear records of communication, delivery confirmations, and related documentation to support dispute resolution processes.

4. Reviews, Feedback, and Platform Visibility

Shippers evaluate carriers based on punctuality, cargo handling care, communication quality, and overall professionalism.

Your cumulative rating significantly influences your visibility, credibility, and prioritization within platform search and cargo match results.

Carriers should address feedback constructively, view negative reviews as an opportunity for improvement, and avoid retaliatory or inappropriate responses.

5. Suspension, Termination, and Account Enforcement

AutoDMB retains the right to:

Temporarily suspend your account for investigation upon receiving credible reports of misconduct, fraudulent activities, or policy violations.

Permanently ban your account following verified breaches of these Terms, repeated misconduct, submission of fraudulent documents, or violations of Russian law.

Withhold or freeze pending payments if tied to confirmed fraudulent activities, legal claims, or unresolved disputes.

Provide notice of enforcement actions and, where possible, an opportunity for appeal unless restricted by law or ongoing investigation.

6. Compliance with Russian Law and Legal Obligations

By operating as a Carrier on AutoDMB, you explicitly agree to:

Comply fully with Russian transport, tax, and data protection laws.

Cooperate with lawful information requests from regulatory authorities.

Maintain accurate accounting records, invoices, and supporting documents as legally required.

Recognize that failure to fulfill these obligations may result in penalties, suspension, termination, and potential legal consequences.

7. Limitation of Liability

While AutoDMB strives to maintain platform integrity and safety, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or full protection against misuse by third parties. By using the platform, you accept:

Responsibility for your own compliance with legal, tax, and transport obligations.

That AutoDMB role is limited to providing a digital platform and optional services; it does not act as an employer, legal representative, or carrier contractor.

That AutoDMB shall not be held liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from platform downtime, third-party conduct, or force majeure events.
