Professional & Company Information: Business registration documents, tax identification numbers, transport licenses, certificates of insurance, and other relevant compliance documentation.
Vehicle Details: Make, model, color, registration numbers, technical passport data, capacity specifications, maintenance logs, and vehicle-related imagery.
Platform Usage Data: Bid submissions, acceptance and rejection history, communication logs with shippers, delivery confirmation records, login times, and activity preferences.
Technical and Location Data: IP addresses, device information, browser versions, GPS data, and other analytical metrics collected to optimize platform performance.
Behavioral Insights: User ratings, reviews authored and received, dispute histories, communication quality assessments, and any record of policy violations or warnings.
2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing
We process this data strictly for operational, legal, and quality enhancement purposes, such as:
Confirming your identity and ensuring compliance with Russian transport and data regulations.
Displaying your services to potential shippers in a trustworthy and transparent manner.
Enabling secure, seamless communication and transaction management between carriers and shippers.
Managing payments, issuing invoices, and ensuring transaction accuracy.
Conducting statistical analyses and improving platform usability and features.
Identifying and mitigating fraudulent activities, spam, and other malicious behaviors.
Complying with data disclosure requests and obligations under Russian law.
3. Data Sharing Practices
AutoDMB. Prioritizes transparency and responsible data sharing:
Your public carrier profile, including vehicle details and bid history, becomes viewable to shippers once you place a bid.
Private contact data, such as your phone number and email address, is only shared after a shipper accepts your bid.
We never sell your data to third parties for advertising or unrelated commercial use.
Data may be disclosed to vetted service providers (e.g., payment processors, identity verification services) under strict contractual obligations to ensure confidentiality.
When legally required, data may be shared with competent Russian government authorities.
4. Data Security Measures
To ensure your data remains secure, we apply industry-leading measures, which include:
SSL/TLS encryption during data transmission and AES-256 encryption for secure storage.
Multi-factor authentication protocols for system administrators and staff with data access.
Role-based data access controls to ensure only necessary personnel handle sensitive information.

Secure hosting infrastructure located within the Russian Federation to comply with local data residency laws.
5. Data Retention and Archiving Policies
Your personal and professional data are retained for as long as your account remains active to support continued platform use.
Upon request to delete your account, data not required for legal compliance will be removed promptly.
Essential financial and contractual records are archived in a secure, access-restricted format for the duration mandated by Russian law (generally between 3–5 years).
Archived data is maintained separately and protected from unauthorized access.
