Terms & Conditions for Shippers

Welcome to AutoDMB
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) establish your rights, obligations, and responsibilities as a Shipper on our platform. They are crafted by Russian legislation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data and relevant commercial regulations, to ensure a secure, transparent, and professional logistics ecosystem.

1. Eligibility and Registration

To become a Shipper on AutoDMB, you must:

Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into service agreements.

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal or business information.

Avoid creating duplicate accounts or providing misleading information.

Regularly review and update your profile, service preferences, and contact details.

Agree to comply with platform policies and Russian legal requirements regarding transport and data protection.

2. Cargo Posting Responsibilities

By posting a shipment, you agree to:

Provide full and truthful cargo details, including type, weight, dimensions, special handling needs, and declared value.

Indicate realistic pickup and delivery timelines, with clear instructions where required.

Promptly answer carrier questions to prevent service delays.

Avoid posting illegal, prohibited, or hazardous items that violate Russian law or platform policies.

Remove or update listings that are no longer valid to keep the marketplace accurate.

3. Proposal Engagement

When engaging with carrier bids, you must:

Evaluate carriers based on profile information, past ratings, pricing, and service terms.

Make selections fairly and transparently.

Honor accepted proposals and ensure prompt communication until delivery is complete.

Understand that frequent cancellations or non-responsiveness may result in account review, penalties, or temporary suspension.

4. Payment Responsibilities

As a Shipper, you acknowledge:

You are directly responsible for payment to carriers under mutually agreed-upon terms.

AutoDMB provides optional payment gateway and escrow services to enhance transaction security, but is not responsible for payments outside these systems.

In disputes over payment or service quality, AutoDMB may mediate; however, final financial responsibility remains between the shipper and carrier.

You must comply with applicable Russian tax obligations and retain supporting payment records as required by law.

5. Feedback, Ratings, and Platform Integrity

You commit to:

Providing honest, constructive ratings and written feedback after each shipment.

Using ratings to reflect genuine service experiences, not to negotiate terms or apply pressure.

Understanding that cumulative feedback helps other users select reliable carriers.

Recognizing that misuse of the feedback system—such as false claims or retaliatory ratings—may lead to warnings, reduced visibility, or account restrictions.

6. Suspension, Termination, and Enforcement

AutoDMB reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your account if you:

Attempt to bypass platform fees by arranging direct deals with carriers.

Submit false, misleading, or duplicated cargo listings.

Engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior towards carriers, other shippers, or platform staff.

Repeatedly violate platform policies or fail to comply with Russian legal requirements.

Refuse cooperation during dispute investigations or regulatory audits.

7. Compliance with Russian Law

By using AutoDMB, you confirm your commitment to:

Abide by Russian laws on transport, e-commerce, taxation, and personal data protection.

Maintain transaction and communication records as required by Russian commercial regulations.

Respond to lawful requests from Russian regulatory authorities promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

AutoDMB operates as an online platform connecting shippers and carriers; we are not a logistics service provider.

While we work to ensure a reliable platform, we do not guarantee service quality or delivery outcomes by carriers.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, missed delivery windows, or force majeure events.

Our liability to you is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable Russian law.

9. Amendments and Updates

AutoDMB may update these Terms to reflect changes in Russian law or platform features. Significant updates will be communicated through platform notifications or email. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
